Please close all web browsers before running IDM Portable.
Language set by launcher according Windows localization, if you don't want: edit IDMPortable.ini with UserDefaultLang=false.
Integrate IDM with Chrome, Opera... (not needed for Firefox and Internet Explorer) by editing IDMPortable.ini with AdvancedIntegration=true.
Integrate IDM into shell by editing IDMPortable.ini with ShellIntegration=true (enabling this feature is not recommended), note: you must restart explorer.exe or Logoff (after exit) to clean-up shell integration.
Optimize the speed of IDM by editing IDMPortable.ini, with MaxSpeed=true.
Downloads saved in portable folder (\Downloads), if you don't want: edit IDMPortable.ini with PortableDownloads=false.
Don't forget to close from systray (or from Tasks => Exit) when leaving.
Resume on different computer:
