UPDATE: Thanks to Porto! Microsoft now forces you to install WAT, which installs an entry in Task Scheduler, Services, and constantly runs in the background :( Validation now is only done through browsers. I will keep an eye out to see if M$ changes this policy. If i were you, i would skip this new activation check "WindowsActivationUpdate.exe".
